Osiel Luviano
CEO
Osiel Luviano is a Florida Certified Air Conditioning Contractor. In addition, to holding General & Roofing contractor licenses among a Real Estate License. Here at Little Bear Heating & Cooling LLC he is responsible for the day - to - day operations. He holds an Associate of Arts specializing in Architecture and Business from the University of South Florida. In addition, Mr. Luviano is an honors graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor 's in Project Management and has experience in all phases of construction. Osiel is knowledgeable in Field Supervision, Project Management, Estimating, Project Development and Executive Management. His project experience includes custom homes, affordable housing, office buildings, automobile dealerships, educational buildings and financial institutions. He will make sure the job is done and completed correctly!
Bruce Terrill
Service Manager
Bruce Terrill is from Perry, Florida and is EPA Certified Technician. He is our Service Manager for Little Bear Heating & Cooling LLC, in charge of all fields of services we offer, that includes Insulation, Heating, Ductwork, Thermostat service, and of course all HVAC work. Bruce will make sure everything is in the best shape before he leaves the worksite. He holds 28+ years of experience in the AC industry, in both residential and commercial areas. Here at Little Bear Heating & Cooling LLC, Bruce believes “The most important date is your Installation Date”, it will determine how the rest of the work will go. He holds extensive knowledge to help each customer obtain exactly what is needed with no gimmicks.
Tyler Findley
Installation Manager
Tyler Findley is from New Hampshire and is EPA Certified Technician. He is our Installation Manager for Little Bear Heating & Cooling LLC , in charge of keeping all installations up to date and staff performing efficiently. Tyler has 8 years of experience in HVAC, at only 26 years of age. He possesses knowledge useful in helping clients learn about our installations, repairs, and services for HVAC. He is familiar in both Residential and Commercial areas of work. Tyler takes pride in his customer service along with his work! Tyler often says, “I’m going to treat your home like I treat my own”.
Jose A. Soto
Senior Crew Supervisor and Quality Control (Sales Rep)
Jose Soto is from Durango, Mexico. He is a supervisor for Little Bear Heating and Cooling LLC . He has more than 15 Years Experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects . He is very detail - oriented, which will come in handy when providing estimates as well as performing the job. He has good bonding relationships with our vendors to establish the best product is received and its quality is impeccable. Jose Soto will make sure the job is complete to its best.
